Convention on Wetlands - National Report Data System
The National Report Data System (NRDS) brings together information submitted by Contracting Parties to the Convention on Wetlands through National Reports, providing policymakers, researchers, and the general public a tool to understand status and trends in implementation of the Convention.
- browse responses by country, region, or reporting cycle
- use various visualization tools to better understand the data
- identify trends data over time where time series data is available
- download summary data and visualizations
- see statistics on submission of national reports
This is the first version of the NRDS, available in English only. It will be made available in French and Spanish in the near future. The system is still being developed, should you encounter errors or challenges please send your feedback using the feedback form.
The NRDS includes all data submitted through National Reports from COP10 (2008) to COP15 (2025). Earlier reports will be added in the future.
All information has been structured so that similar questions from different reporting cycles can be explored together. This allows users to view consistent data over time and view time series data where available.
This allows users to view consistent data over time and create meaningful time series where comparable questions exist.
National Reports are also available in pdf format on the Convention's website.
